THOMAS HESTER NANCE went ahead of us to be with Jesus on Sunday November 24, 2002. He was born on August 3, 1951 to Hester and Vida Nance in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He lived in Oklahoma except for the past three years where he lived in Plano, Texas. Tom graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1969. Throughout his life he worked in the heating and air conditioning field. Tom accepted the Lord as his personal Savior in 1994 at the Church of the Firstborn of Perkins, Oklahoma. Tom went to join his parents in heaven. His survivors include wife Debbie, three children, Craig Nance of Kingston, OK; Staci Mayes of Oklahoma City, OK; and Tiffany Galleher of Tulsa, OK; six grandchuldren: Jessica, Stephanie, Jacob, Hailey, Jared and Thomas Cole. As the only son and the youngest of four children, Tom left three loving sisters, Mary and husband Truman Talley of Oklahoma City, OK; Betty Nichols of Oklahoma City, OK; and Wanda and husband Keith Stinnett of Maud, OK; as well as aunt, uncles, cousins and many friends. A memorial service is scheduled for l0:00 am Saturday November 30, 2002 at Southern Hill Baptist Church, 8601 South Pennsylvania.
