Richard Winans Richard Duane Winans passed away suddenly and unexpectedly due to heart failure on the morning of 9/ 4/02. Richard was born on 10/7/51 in OKC to R.D. and Rosella Winans. He graduated from Capitol Hill High School and attended OU. Richard was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by a son, Kyle Winans, and his mother Donna Winans and a daughter, Zoe McMillan-Winans, and her mother, Andrea McMillan, two brothers Gary Winans of OKC and Randy Winans (Mary) of Arlington, TX, one sister Kristi Robinson (Dan) of OKC, and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial fund to benefit Zoe McMillan-Winans has been established at Local Oklahoma Bank. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, 9/7/02, at the Church of the Servant at 14343 N.
