Karen Joe (Osborn) Miller, 67, of Newcastle, died Wednesday, June 27, 2018, in Oklahoma City. The daughter of Vernal Lee Osborn and Ella Joan (Howard) Osborn, she was born February 26, 1951 in Oklahoma City.

Karen married Lowell Bruce Miller on October 10, 1970, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker and was Baptist in faith. Karen was the “hostess with the mostest� and loved entertaining her family and friends, hosting dinners, reunions, and holiday gatherings.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Karen is survived by her husband of nearly 48 years, Lowell Miller, of Newcastle; one daughter, Jennifer Miller-Byfield, of Yukon; one son, Michael Miller and his wife, Melinda, of Oklahoma City; four grandchildren, Jaclyn Marks and her husband, Dylan, of Yukon, Tyler Miller of Oklahoma City, Megan Byfield of Yukon, and Alexandra Fox of Oklahoma City; two brothers, Steve Osborn and his wife, Julie, of Beggs and David Osborn of Lexington; and many other loved ones and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, July 2, 2018, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard. Online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com.
